Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage financial reporting, and drive strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a keen analytical mind, and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Review monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare presentations for senior management, including variance analyses and financial insights. Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decision-making. Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate financial controls. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Qualifications: Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification. Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with initial experience acquired in Big 4 is preferred. Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirement and internal control procedures. Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is an advantage. Experience in SAP S/4HANA would be advantageous. Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
