Primary Responsibilities
TREASURY AND CASH FLOW FORECASTING
- Monitor cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity.
- Manage banking setup, users, permissions etc. Collaborating with banks on ensuring products and services fit the demand and providing KYC documentation to the banks.
- Implement measures to enhance cash flow forecasting accuracy.
Who are you ideally?
- You bring 10+ years of experience from finance roles, holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or equivalent, including ‘HD in Finance.’
- You have an interest in growing and developing people in an international setting.
- You thrive in streamlining processes, enjoying a hands-on approach, and paying attention to the details.
- You enjoy collaborative problem-solving with the team to achieve better results for everyone.
- You proactively take responsibility for improving financial processes by challenging the status quo.
- Experience with digital platforms in the finance function is an advantage.

- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. There are no correct answers and they are not trying to categorize you - the aim is a dialogue about the results and Trackunit’s culture, so you’ll get to know the company better as well.
- Assignment-specific interview. Trackunit wants you to get an insight into some of the work tasks and responsibilities related to the role, so you will be given a case to prepare after the first interview and the personality assessment.
