WHO ARE YOU IDEALLY?

  • You bring 10+ years of experience from finance roles, holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or equivalent, including ‘HD in Finance.’
  • You have an interest in growing and developing people in an international setting.
  • You thrive in streamlining processes, enjoying a hands-on approach and paying attention to the details.
  • You enjoy collaborative problem-solving with the team to achieve better results for everyone.
  • You proactively take responsibility for improving financial processes by challenging the status quo.
  • Experience with digital platforms in the finance function is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
  • Provide effective leadership to the finance team, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their professional growth and success.
  • Finance Operations
  • Ensure and improve the operational stability of our core financial processes; accounting, payment management and -approvals, VAT reporting, etc
  • Actively contribute to financial month end close procedures, ensuring correct cost accruals, account reconciliations, variance analysis and driving the process forward
  • Manage a number of supplier agreements, specifically around office interior, facility management, travel and hotel .
  • Ensure great collaboration with local financial advisors in jurisdictions outside Denmark
  • Enhance the financial system landscape
  • Ensure the adoption and optimization of our ERP platform, as well as supporting systems
  • Collaborate with IT, financial stakeholders and relevant external partners to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the finance function.
  • Treasury and Cash Flow forecasting
  • Monitor cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity.
  • Manage banking setup, users, permissions etc. Collaborating with banks on ensuring products and services fit our demand and providing KYC documentation to the banks.
  • Implement measures to enhance cash flow forecasting accuracy.
