JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team in a key role, to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of financial management, accounting, and planning. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage financial services, accounts payable, and cost control while guiding the team towards achieving organisational goals. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices in cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential for candidates with significant experience in the field.
