Position Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Specialty Finance Auto Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you know how to connect with customers, work leads from first contact to close, and thrive in the subprime auto finance space—or are eager to learn it—you’ll fit right in. You’ll also coordinate directly with bank representatives to secure the best financing options for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Take incoming leads, guide customers through vehicle selection, and close deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and financial partners to secure competitive financing.
· Coordinate regularly with bank representatives to maintain strong lender partnerships.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, AMVIC licensing standards, and company policies for finance and sales.
· Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
· Must hold a valid AMVIC license.
· Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Auto sales experience is an asset—finance training will be provided.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance, and dealership operations is a plus.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
· Must have an Valid Drivers License
