Job Description Are you an experienced Finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance Department and drive financial excellence across our East Malaysia operations. You’ll be responsible for managing financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis — ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaboration across functions to support business growth. Lead and manage the monthly financial reporting process. Prepare management accounts and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness. Analyze company financial performance and support decision-making. Manage budgets, forecasts, and company cash flow. Oversee audits, taxation, and statutory compliance. Ensure strong internal controls and system integrity (Infor M3 / DEPM). Lead and develop a small finance team to deliver high-quality results. Partner closely with the Financial Controller and Business Operations leadership to meet financial KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or CIMA) preferred. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance within the manufacturing industry, including 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively across all levels. Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving audit compliance. High integrity, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
