Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Manager for the Emerging Markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Oversee the annual budget and monitor monthly performance to ensure alignment. Identify areas for cost savings and drive financial efficiency. Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with law and regulations. Manage cash flow and cash conversion cycle to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee investment strategies and maintain optimal working capital. Manage financial audits and assess financial risks. Advise on major financial decisions, like investments or acquisitions. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field. Master’s degree and/or professional qualification MBA, CFA, CPA. 10+ years in finance, leading a team with global experience. Pre exposure to Emerging Markets, especially Middle East Africa / Asia. Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG or Manufacturing industrial environment. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Fluency in English Language is a must.
