Race Auto Group is on the hunt for a seasoned Sub-Prime Finance Manager who knows how to turn a “maybe” into a “deal funded.” If you’ve spent at least 5 years in the trenches of a used car dealership, love a good challenge, and know how to make lenders say “yes” even on a Monday—keep reading.
We work with credit-challenged customers, which means your ability to structure deals, finesse the banks, and work some financing magic is exactly what we need. Bonus points if you enjoy winning, hate losing, and think gross profit is a beautiful thing.

What You’ll Be Doing (besides closing deals like a boss):

  • Structuring smart, creative, bank-approved deals that make customers AND our accountant happy
  • Knowing every bank program like the back of your hand (or at least your keyboard shortcuts)
  • Handling objections like a pro (we know “I need to talk to my spouse” is just round one)
  • Supporting the sales team and getting deals approved faster than you can say “rate buy-down”
  • Delivering a top-notch customer experience with confidence and a smile

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working finance at a used car dealership (not your cousin’s backyard lot)
  • Deep knowledge of sub-prime lending and how to make lenders say “yes”
  • Proven ability to structure complex deals and maximize the backend (we mean profits, not yoga poses)
  • Top-tier communication and persuasion skills – objections fear you
  • A go-getter, deal-closer, team-player type who thrives in a fast-moving environment
