JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the effective management of our financial resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting, planning, and management. This role is crucial for maintaining cost control and optimising financial performance within the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software, preferable, Dynamics and redware, also Xero.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis is highly desirable.
