JOB REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Relevant college or university degree, charted accountant qualification and registration.
  • Minimum a 5-year professional experience in a similar position, from which at least 3-year work-experience in an international corporate environment (matrix organization).
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Tax legislation (local GAAP, IFRS).
  • Familiarity with Transfer Price Policy.
  • Experience in monthly reporting, cash-flow, intercompany cost transfers, liaising with tax advisors.
  • Practice in Financial Controlling and BI Analysis.
  • Very Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Good command of business English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Efficient communication with Hungarian and Foreign colleagues with business and/or technical background.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable and precise work.
  • Professional college or university degree

Responsibilities
  • Preparation, analysing and submission of Financial Reporting Package to the Head of Group Consolidation.
  • Manage and control daily accounting operations (purchasing, sales, banking, taxes, stocks, development management).
  • Control Capex, OPEX and Treasury.
  • Preparation of Forecasts.
  • Supervise Payroll.
  • Close cooperation with HR.
  • Invoicing including intercompany billing.
  • Document management defined by law.
  • Support in the yearly budgeting process.
  • Review and preparation of statutory financial statements, supervise the monthly accounting/ monthly tax declaration and year-end accounting/ annual financial statement.
  • Being the reliable contact person for the external auditor and tax authorities.
  • Being the internal financial business partner in international projects (financial analysis of projects in CEE countries).
  • Observe the security and methodological stipulations of her/his Employer.
