• They actively participate in shaping group-wide planning and forecasting processes (budget, rolling forecast, medium-term planning) and assume professional responsibility.
• Your core tasks include creating, maintaining and further developing driver-based planning and forecasting models (including revenue, contribution margins, personnel/material costs, NWC and balance sheet drivers).
• In your role, you will be responsible for conducting variance analyses (actual/planned/forecast) at the group, country, and business unit levels, including root cause analysis and the derivation of corrective actions.
• Scenario and sensitivity analyses (best/expected/worst case) as well as the preparation of reliable decision-making bases for management and group controlling are in your hands.
• The further development and standardization of FP&A processes, KPIs, driver logics, reporting structures, and the planning/BI system landscape (e.g., SAP-based planning, LucaNet, BI tools) is a central part of your work.

• You bring several years of professional experience in controlling or FP&A – ideally in an industrial/production environment and preferably with an international context.
• You are distinguished by your sound expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and variance and scenario analyses.
• Proficient use of SAP FICO and Excel, as well as ideally experience with BI tools (e.g., SAC, Analysis for Office, Power BI) and planning solutions (e.g., LucaNet, SAP-based planning), are part of your profile.
• Curiosity and openness to AI use cases in the finance sector round out your skillset.
• Strong analytical skills, a structured and precise working style, and very good German and English skills are an essential part of your strengths.
