Finance Manager – MonaghanI'm partnering with a fast-growing, project-led business to appoint a Finance Manager into a newly created role.This is a genuine No.2 position within Finance, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and managing 2 direct reports.The key focus will be financial reporting, team management and delivering accurate, insightful information to support the business.

• The role:Lead and develop 2 direct reports
• Own monthly management accounts and reporting
• Prepare Board reporting and analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Balance sheet and month-end review
• Cash flow and working capital reporting
• Strengthen controls, processes and reporting
• Work closely with operational teams
• Support audit, tax and compliance

• What I'm looking for:Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA – essential
• Strong management and financial reporting experience
• Previous people management experience
• Confident reviewing and taking ownership of team outputs
• Commercial, hands-on and comfortable working across the business
• Engineering, construction or another project-led background advantageous
• Project accounting/CVR experience beneficial
