As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and accurately. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for core financial activities that keep Full Circle spinning efficiently: * Lead the month‑end close process with speed and precision * Prepare and submit statutory reports, including VAT and CIS * Manage intercompany reconciliations across our growing international footprint * Produce detailed general ledger (GL) account specifications and reconciliations * Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure clarity and support proactive decision‑making * Assist with the statutory audit What You Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives where operational excellence meets renewable energy: * 5–7 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a high‑growth or technical environment * Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills * Fluent English; Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement * A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset that you enjoy diving into the details and improving processes If you’re ambitious, proactive, and energised by a fast‑paced environment driven by purpose and precision, you’ll feel right at home.
