JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to assist with our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Automotive finance, selling, and a great focus on cash in transit, with expertise in Luxury or Highline Automobiles. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, capable of providing insights that drive business development and fiscal management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of finance, credit, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Familiarity with F&I software (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne, CUDC, Infobahn).
  • Prior experience is required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell finance and lease options to customers.
  • Offer and sell aftermarket products (extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, etc.).
  • Maximize dealership profitability through appropriate product sales.
  • Work with multiple lenders to secure the best financing terms for customers.
  • Structure deals that align with customer credit profiles and dealership goals.
  • Ensure compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies.
  • Guide customers through the F&I process professionally and transparently.
  • Clearly explain financing terms, protection packages, and legal documents.
  • Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
  • Ensure all F&I paperwork is completed accurately and complies with state and federal regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending, privacy laws).
  • Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding.
  • Protect the dealership from liability by adhering to legal requirements.
  • Work closely with sales managers and client advisors to ensure smooth deal transitions.
  • Review deals prior to finalization to confirm all information is accurate.
  • Help troubleshoot credit issues or concerns.
  • Maintain records of all F&I transactions and product sales.
  • Track performance metrics (PVR – Per Vehicle Retail, product penetration, lender approval rates).
  • Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the general manager.
