Description

The roleOwn the core finance rhythm across month end, reconciliations, reporting, compliance and payments in a multi entity, multi currency business. You will also work with external advisers.
Give leaders a clear view of cash flow, budgets and forecasts, then help them understand what is changing and why.
Bring an analytical eye to the numbers. Spot movements, ask the next question and follow the thread.
Work closely with CFO and a small finance team, taking ownership while helping folks earlier in their career develop.
Find practical ways to simplify and automate finance processes, using better systems, smarter workflows and AI where it genuinely helps.

What you will bringYou are CA or CPA qualified and working as a Finance Manager in a startup, scaleup or smaller growing business. A strong Senior Accountant ready to step up, or a hands on Financial Controller from a small company, could also fit.
You have owned a broad finance remit covering financial control, reporting, compliance, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
You understand multi entity and multi currency finance, or have worked across an international business.
You take ownership, find answers and move work forward. You know when to work independently and when to bring others into the conversation.
You have worked somewhere busy, where priorities change and good judgement matters as much as following a process.
You communicate directly, respond well to honest feedback and build trust with people outside finance.
