GLAUKOS - MANAGER, FINANCE How will you make an impact? The Manager, Finance plays a critical role within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for financial modeling, planning, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement through system implementations and process optimization initiatives. What will you do? Partner with business leaders across Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Lead Adaptive Insights implementation and other system enhancement projects to strengthen financial planning and reporting capabilities. Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic business decisions. Support business case development for new initiatives, product launches, and capital investments. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across financial operations. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence within the Finance organization. How will you get here? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. 8+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A; experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Proven expertise in financial modeling and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
