You will play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in the financial planning processes and build on your already excellent finance career. The team is part of the larger Business Service Operations Organization, which is a dynamic community of ambitious and skilled finance professionals, striving to support business decisions and drive continues improvements in processes and digital tools. As Finance Manager you will be the key driver of the planning, control, and guidance for people related Overhead cost in the Global Cost Management Partnering area for the LEGO Product & Marketing Development business. Overall focusing on ensuring responsible management of costs spanning within your area of responsibility while optimizing processes & digital tools and embracing technology. The position will be based in Billund, Denmark and no relocation support is offered. Core Responsibilities Finance business partner support for LEGO Product & Marketing Development on Overhead cost Drive core finance processes such as planning & analysis, Month-end closing and reporting for selected Overhead cost for the Product & Marketing Development business. Deliver Overheads cost analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues with partners and finance community. Support commercial strategy reporting for Product & Marketing Development workstreams. Champion the Business Service Operations Organization (BSO) journey on standardization and automation by identifying, scoping, and implementing activities to simplify, standardize, and optimize the execution of core finance processes, including the utilization of digital tools, while linking to end-to-end finance processes Drive collaboration between PMD Finance Business & BSO partners on introducing cost efficiency approaches Play your part in our team succeeding. At our HQ in Billund, you will join our team of 12 dedicated and ambitious colleagues working outside both London and Billund in a fantastic environment. We are organized in the Business Service Operations Organization (BSO) and control & govern the financial performance for Overhead costs across the LEGO® Group. Do you have, what it takes A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Economics or Finance combined with an analytic approach and the ability to translate something complex into a simple storyline. +5 years of experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, and with Finance Business partner & commercial experience. Strong Partner engagement skills and the ability to build good relationships and aligned outcomes Ability to drive and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of high quality. Have a planning approach and be motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve execution and act on opportunities. Experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence, and Power BI. Commercial savvy and analytical skills, with the ability of linking the financials to commercial drivers Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and ensure high quality of your own work. Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will support the LEGO Product & Marketing Development business by driving finance processes such as planning, analysis, and reporting for overhead costs. They will also champion standardization and automation within the Business Service Operations Organization.
