Location Details: Remote - United States At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Join our team We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Business Unit Finance team. As a manager, you will play a crucial role as a collaborative partner to the business unit leadership team, providing financial insights to drive strategic decision-making and support business unit growth and success. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to make informed business decisions. What you'll get to do... Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive financial models and forecasts to assess performance, identify trends, and predict future outcomes. Analyze financial data and prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable financial reports and presentations to senior management. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Identify and analyze risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation or capitalizing on them. Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners across the organization. Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes. Your experience should include... 6+ years proven experience in finance, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis in a global organization. Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerBI. Strong experience communicating financials effectively at all levels. Past experience collaborating across various regions, teams, customers, and external partners to optimize performance, solve problems, and achieve results. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You might also have... A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience Professional certification such as CFA, CA or MBA in Finance Knowledge of Adaptive Planning, Workday and QuickSight is preferred We've got your back...
