POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a minimum of 10 years in finance, accounting, or relevant fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance teams, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations. A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a Big Four firm or reputable accounting practice.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local regulations, and financial accounting standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of financial needs.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
