Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee the entire finance function of the business. This is a standalone leadership role responsible for financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and operational finance. You will act as a key business partner to leadership, providing financial insights that drive decision-making, profitability, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with UAE regulations Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital Strategic Finance & Business Partnering Provide financial insights to support business growth and investment decisions Develop financial models for new projects, commissions, and expansion strategies Analyze revenue streams, sales performance, and cost structures Support pricing strategies and commission frameworks for sales teams Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements Manage VAT filings, audits, and financial controls Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies Process Development Build and implement scalable financial systems and processes Improve reporting automation and data accuracy Introduce best practices for financial governance and risk management Leadership & Ownership Act as the sole point of responsibility for the finance function Collaborate with founders/management on strategic planning Support future hiring and scaling of the finance team Requirements Experience 5–10+ years of experience in finance/accounting Experience in real estate, brokerage, or property development is highly preferred Prior experience managing finance independently or in a standalone role UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations is essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) Skills Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Deep understanding of VAT and UAE financial regulations Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Attributes Highly autonomous and self-driven Detail-oriented with strong accuracy Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability Able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Benefits Competitive salary (AED 10,000) Performance-based bonus Visa and medical insurance Opportunity to build and lead the finance function
