Consolidation of multiple company accounts
Production of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
Oversight of revenue, commissions and management fees
Management of operating budgets and owner financial statements
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
Payroll coordination and finance administration
Continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Liaising with external accountants and tax advisers
Providing commercial insight and financial reporting to Directors
