What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline alongside a completed CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification. You will bring more than 15 years of experience across accounting, finance or audit, ideally gained within global trading, commodities or another multinational environment.

• You will also demonstrate:Strong multi-entity consolidation and global financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of cross-border transactions, intercompany accounting, foreign exchange, transfer pricing, tax and cash repatriation.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial data analysis tools.
• Experience using an ERP.
• Strong commercial business partnering and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to process improvement, automation and supporting business growth.

Highly regarded experience includes exposure to global commodity trading, coal, resources or multinational organisations, together with experience partnering across international regions and time zones.
