We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager with a solid background in healthcare to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE healthcare sector and a strong understanding of hospital finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a healthcare finance role
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing systems and insurance processes
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Monitor revenue cycle, billing, and insurance claims processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and healthcare financial regulations
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
• Implement cost-control measures and financial efficiencies
