Finance Manager - Irish SME - Dublin City Centre

HireForce is working with a successful Irish SME to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking for a broad, hands-on role with responsibility across multiple group companies. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and the day-to-day finance function while supporting a range of business projects.

• The RoleKey responsibilities include:Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Manage month-end close, journals, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
• Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and oversee treasury activities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate the year-end audit and statutory reporting process
• Ensure VAT, corporation tax, and other compliance obligations are met
• Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisers, and professional advisors
• Support company secretarial matters, financing activities, acquisitions, and other ad hoc projects
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support senior management

• About YouQualified Accountant
• 2+ years' PQE
• Strong experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
• Previous exposure to multi-entity or group structures is desirable
• Excellent understanding of Irish compliance and statutory reporting requirements
• Highly organised with strong analytical and communication skills
• Candidates trained in a small or medium-sized accountancy practice, or those with broad SME finance experience, are particularly encouraged to apply
