This is a Part Time Role (4 Days a week) with opportunity to go Full Time!

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team. You will take charge of the finance function, manage a small team and reporte to the CFO/Director, this is a varied role and your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Bank reconciliations (review only, completed offshore)
• Balance sheet reconciliations (Month End)
• Preparing monthly P & L’s vs Budget
• Intercompany transactions
• Preparation of budgets
• Forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Taxation compliance (BAS / IAS preparation)
• Commentary on variances
• Journals
• Accruals
• Ad hoc reporting
• Business process improvements

Ideally you will be degree qualified and towards the end of your CA/CPA qualification or qualified, have at least 5+ years experience (either from chartered or large corporates), excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have strong attention to detail. Experience with preparing multiple P & L’s including commentary on variances ideal. Exposure to budgeting and forecasting is required.
Must have experience using Xero.
You will be supported by a finance team based in the Philippines, and the CFO.

• Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (Preferred)
