Your tasks

  • You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) and international accounting standards.
  • You are responsible for payment processing and liquidity planning for our group companies. You also keep track of receivables and payables at all times.
  • You will create and continuously develop meaningful management reports, dashboards and KPI systems.
  • You are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring forecasts and budgets for the group of companies.
  • Together with the specialist departments, you will work on strategic KPIs and ensure that these are tracked transparently.
  • You actively drive the further development of our finance processes and support the automation and digitization of our analyses and reports.
  • As a competent contact person, you work closely with auditors, tax advisors and banks.
  • Look forward to working in an international finance team with short decision-making processes and plenty of creative freedom.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling, or a comparable commercial education with relevant further training.
  • You already have at least five years of professional experience in finance and accounting or controlling at an international company.
  • Topics such as annual financial statements, forecasts and budget planning are part of your daily work routine.
  • You have a strong affinity for IT and are proficient in using common ERP and accounting systems such as DATEV, NetSuite or Microsoft 365.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with business intelligence solutions such as LucaNet or Power BI.
  • You work in a structured, analytical and careful manner and possess a strong understanding of business management principles.
  • You approach issues proactively, take responsibility, and enjoy finding efficient solutions.
  • As a team player, you communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working with colleagues and external partners.
