Hutcheon Mearns have been engaged by a Private Equity backed renewables business to source a Finance Manager on a full time, staff basis. This newly created role will be based in Dyce with flexible working. Our client is highly acquisitive and is growing their presence in the offshore wind sector. This is a hands-on role where you will play a crucial role in preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting/forecasting and liaising with auditors.To be considered, you will be fully qualified or actively studying. This role is a key function of the Finance department and interfaces with Senior Management, finance teams within the renewables divisions and external advisors.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Accountant or actively studying (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong management accounting experience
• Experience of operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
• Experienced communicator across the business, developing good working relationships within the team
• Good Excel skills
