EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Chartered accountant with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience, preference for experience across both practice and industry

• Experience in the financial services or fintech is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management, knows what it takes to deliver a large project across internal and external stakeholders
• Natural communicator, presents well with the gravitas to influence

• You’ll be a core member of the Corporate Reporting and Financial Operations team, working directly with the VP Finance, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Assisting with the day to day financial operations, supporting the team with AP, AR, payroll, etc

• Financial reporting including; management accounts, executive reporting, board reporting, and quarterly investor reporting
• Playing a key role in the production of the statutory accounts and delivering the audit
• Supporting with tax reporting; Corporate, R&D, and VAT
• Enhancing the controls framework and maintain strong governance
• Assisting with ad-hoc transformation projects, including systems and process improvements.
