About the Role On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the medical aesthetics industry, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join leadership team and help to shape the company’s future. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of finance department including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and reporting. Build and scale a high-performing finance team. Oversee the preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, ensuring that all activities are executed promptly and by accounting policies and regulations. Drive financial reporting and deliver actionable insights for leadership. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management. Ensure compliance across legal and tax frameworks as the primary liaison with auditors and tax advisors. Define and implement finance systems, tools, and processes that enable automation and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered as a plus. Strong knowledge of local GAAP, Tax issues and IFRS. Excellent presentation, reporting, writing and communication skills in both Greek and English language are required. Solid experience in using accounting software, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
