We have continued to grow and are looking to expand our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role and/or 2+ years of being THE TOP PRODUCER.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· MUST be a Closer!
· At least 2 years of Automotive Management experience OR
· 2+ years of being a TOP producer
· Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation / closing skills.
· Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

· Maintaining dealership production levels
· Early and often involvement during and after the sale process
· Encouraging professionalism through actions and appearance
· Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods and ethics
· Help continue and generate a team environment
· Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential.
· Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees and customers.
