A leading multinational organization: Finance Manager. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to senior management, aligning financial planning with global goals and local market dynamics Deliver financial insights to support business decisions, including cost structures, regulatory developments, and market trends Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across business units Prepare, validate, and sign periodic financial statements in accordance with Greek GAAP and internal policies Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal liquidity and business continuity Ensure full compliance with Greek tax laws and digital reporting mandates (e.g., MyData) Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain robust internal controls Monitor financial risks including currency exposure, credit, and regulatory changes Lead and develop the local finance team, promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams to support growth initiatives University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role Experience managing compliance and reporting within international corporate structures In-depth knowledge of Greek financial and tax legislation, including digital reporting requirements Holder of an A-class signature right Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and group accounting within a multinational environment Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Softone, etc.) Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken) Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a team-oriented mindset Ability to act as a business partner and provide strategic financial insights Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities
