Finance Manager – K3 Capital Group An exciting new opportunity has become available within the Group Finance Department of an ambitious and growing Private Equity backed business for a driven and enthusiastic individual. Reporting to a division Financial Controller, you will be part of the Group Finance Department and will oversee one of the divisions of the group. The Company K3 Capital Group is a PE backed Advisory & Professional Services organisation consisting of 23 businesses providing bespoke solutions to SME and Mid-market corporate businesses across the UK and in several international regions. The Role Responsible for all accounting, reporting and reconciliation for a division in the group Production of weekly and monthly KPI reports Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including liaising with central finance functions (AP/AR/Credit Control) Ensuring the business maintain a strong financial control environment Ownership of the preparation of monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of Board Packs for Directors and MD’s Working with the Group FPA team on budgeting and variance reporting Provide ad hoc support to the Group FD, CFO/ CEO and business MDs Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group Lead a team of direct reports, ensuring the development and mentoring of each individual The Candidate Accountancy Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, capable of the creation and maintenance of moderately complex spreadsheets and the analysis of large data sets A reliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritise workloads Confident and pro-active nature to resolve issues and challenge matters, including areas of improvement Flexible and adaptable individual to thrive in a high growth and ever-changing business Positive, can-do attitude with an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work – a “go getter” Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail, ensuring appropriate checks, controls and balances Managerial skills and experience with ability to manage Ability to produce high quality work to tight deadlines The ideal candidate will be trained from a top 20 firm or someone with experience of working in the finance function of a medium to large entity Experience in professional services firm (desirable)
