Job Description Your responsibilities Oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the legal entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with senior leadership. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the entity, aligning with corporate targets and supporting audits to ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging automation. Professional leadership of the finance teams, ensuring continuous development of the employees. Qualifications Your experiences Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master’s or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/controlling within multinational or matrix organizations, ideally on engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Italian accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, and proficiency in financial software (ERP, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools). Knowledge of MS Dynamics or IFS is a plus. Fluent in Italian and English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, proactivity, and ability to work independently and within a global team.
