Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and perform accounting, statutory and management reporting, as well as FP&A; activities for the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relative regulatory requirements (ANZ GAAP & IFRS)

- Partner with the Finance Director to refine financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and uphold compliance, driving both efficiency and alignment with corporate policies

- Contribute to financial strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strong financial governance

- Analyse and project financial data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for operational and executive decision-making

- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and ensure compliance with corporate tax, GST, payroll tax, and all other statutory obligations across ANZ

- Work closely with global finance teams to enhance transparency, streamline processes, and strengthen cross-border collaboration

- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in line with local legislation

- Adapt responsibilities and priorities as the Finance Department’s structure and strategic direction evolves
