Description:
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial strategy, ensuring the financial health of the organization, and managing all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, investments, cash flow, and compliance with regulations. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to drive profitability, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus but not require.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
- Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of financial strategy development and execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Advise the executive team and board on financial matters and business performance.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide insights and analysis on financial trends, performance, and risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for stakeholders, including investors, board members, and regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Maintain internal controls and audit functions to safeguard company assets.
- Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
- Oversee cash management to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and debt.
- Optimize working capital and manage capital structure.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set performance objectives and ensure team members have the necessary skills and training.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration between finance and other departments.
- Investment and Capital Management:
- Oversee investments, capital allocation, and financial decisions regarding acquisitions, mergers, or strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate potential financial opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
- Strategic Decision Support:
- Partner with other departments (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to drive profitability, cost control, and business expansion.
- Support management in evaluating new business initiatives, product launches, and market expansions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budget process, reviewing historical performance, industry trends, and future growth projections.
- Implement performance monitoring systems to track financial performance against forecasts.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Financial Systems and Technology:
- Ensure the effective use of financial systems and technologies for data accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.
