Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and take ownership of our financial operations. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, ensuring accurate financial statements and supporting strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial background, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day accounting functions. This position reports directly to the Managing Director. You will collaborate closely with senior management, auditors, regulatory authorities, and HQ to ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and corporate policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial statements, and IFRS reports.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Lead end-to-end audits and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
  • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT returns, and corporate tax filings.
  • Develop and implement cost optimisation strategies and financial controls.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with HQ in Korea and Europe for financial reporting and alignment.
