Metro Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager Lead to drive performance and provide leadership within our Finance & Insurance Department. This is a dual-role opportunity for a top-performing Finance Manager ready to lead by example while continuing to sell F&I products and contribute directly to revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (required)
• Demonstrated leadership & supervisory experience within an F&I department (required)
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance, compliance, and F&I product offerings
• Proven sales success and ability to coach others to improve performance
• Ford experience and familiarity with PBS DMS are considered strong assets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
