Your tasks
Taking over commercial responsibility as Financial Manager (succession planning)
Project billing including price adjustment and preparation of payment-related documents
Monitoring of incoming payments, clarification of discrepancies and coordination with project managers
Processing of payments and handling of VAT returns (multiple countries)
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB)
Contact person for tax and annual audits
Business and forecast planning, including investment controlling
Management and development of two employees
Your profile
Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting
Experience in project controlling and billing, ideally in a technical environment
Excellent knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB), MS Office (especially Excel), and confident use of ERP systems.
