To financially secure this expansion in the DACH region and to sustainably achieve our ambitious growth targets, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly entrepreneurial Finance Manager for our team.

In this role, you will lead business and financial planning activities, create and optimize financial models with in-depth analyses for the board of directors and investors, and bridge the gap between strategy and execution. A key focus will be on liquidity management. Furthermore, you will define new, efficient financial and administrative processes and automate their workflows using the latest tools.

Your mission

• You lead business and financial planning activities, profit and loss forecasts, strategic financial reviews and develop corresponding recommendations;
• You create and optimize financial models with sound analyses to make the company future-proof, be it for the board of directors, investors, customers or for us;
• You bridge the gap between strategy and execution, with a focus on liquidity management;
• You create, analyze, and present financial reports and budgets;
• You determine the most important figures (cash and operating figures) and develop corresponding reports and analyses;
• You will work closely with our external accountant in creating controlling models and ensure that accounts receivable and accounts payable are managed accurately and promptly;
• Together with our external accountants, you will ensure proper bookkeeping in Switzerland and Germany and will partly take over operational accounting tasks;
• You work with other teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions;
• You identify potential improvements in Legartis' financial processes and can implement effective solutions;
• You define new, efficient financial and administrative processes and ensure their implementation, automate processes using the latest tools, and optimize our system landscape in the financial and administrative areas.
• You will support the CEO in future capital raising.

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in the financial sector and hold a degree in finance (or a similar field) or comparable training/further education;
• You have knowledge of financial planning and analysis, ideally in the area of ​​recurring revenues and/or in the B2B SaaS business;
• Ideally, you are familiar with bookkeeping in both Switzerland and Germany;
• You bring experience in the further development of processes in a startup or SME sector, as well as in the automation of processes using current AI tools;
• You have practical experience in financial modeling and business valuation for start-up companies;
• Your experience qualifies you to act as a bridge between accounting and operations;
• You are detail-oriented, have excellent analytical and numerical skills, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit;
• You are an Excel expert and are also familiar with other accounting tools;
• You are able to communicate efficiently in German and English within cross-functional teams and at all levels of a company;
• You are proactive and feel comfortable in a small company where you can help with everything from operational to strategic tasks and implementation.
