• Strong FP&A skills with a focus on profitability and budget management.

Profitability Analysis : Lead profitability analysis for P Process meetings, focusing on financial insights and margin improvement. Collaborate with teams for financial alignment in product development.
Finance Partnering : Act as a finance partner for Home Grown Franchises and Girls product teams. Support new product launches with financial analysis and deliver regular financial updates.
Portfolio Management & Projects : Serve as the finance contact for portfolio management and special projects, ensuring financial viability and alignment with strategic goals.
Digitalization Leadership : Drive the digitalization of financial tools and processes.
Budget Management : Oversee and manage the Product Group Core budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Provide insights to leadership on budget performance!
