This role oversees all financial aspects of event projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, supplier payment schedules, and revenue tracking for weddings and corporate events. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The role also involves financial forecasting for upcoming events, coordinating with the planning and production teams to align budgets with creative concepts, and negotiating financial terms with vendors and partners. The Financial Manager and Controller ensures compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations, supports audits, and provides data-driven insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
