The Finance Manager oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role includes monitoring project finances, preparing periodic financial statements, and supporting audits and compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Manager collaborates with leadership and project teams to provide financial analysis, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic decision-making aligned with NewBees’ mission of inclusion.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and the preparation of management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Exact) and Excel, and familiarity with Dutch accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting audits, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the social mission of NewBees; previous experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is an advantage.
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch or English.
