Key responsibilities

• • Lead, support and develop a sizeable finance team.• Oversee high-volume finance operations.• Manage financial reporting, audit and control requirements.• Maintain strong financial governance and process discipline.• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers.• Identify risks, resolve issues and ensure appropriate escalation.• Improve the efficiency, accuracy and accountability of finance processes.• Provide practical financial advice to support business decision-making.
