Job SummaryResponsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring effective financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and compliance with applicable financial regulations. The role requires strong experience in contracting and project-based environments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll financial controls, and general ledger activities.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, financing facilities, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, VAT, tax, and applicable Saudi financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience, including managerial experience.
• Strong experience in contracting, construction, engineering, or project-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, project costing, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Good knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
