Roles & Responsibilities

• Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor operational and procurement expenses. Analyze margins on different types of water meters (mechanical, digital, smart meters). Track landed costs including freight, customs duties, and local logistics.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual corporate budgets and quarterly forecasts. Monitor budget variances. Flag cost overruns in procurement, warehousing, or distribution.
• Inventory & Stock Valuation: Maintain accurate ledger tracking for imported flow measurement devices. Perform regular stock reconciliations. Manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory provisions.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Payable (AP): Oversee credit management and collections from MEP contractors and developers. Manage supplier payables and aging reports.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file accurate UAE VAT returns. Assist in corporate tax computations in line with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Trade Documentation: Review import/export documentation, letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees, and trust receipts related to international manufacturing suppliers.
