• Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Monitor investments, banking relationships, and fund performance.
• Manage distributions, loans, payroll-related transactions, and financial compliance.
• Support financial planning, wealth preservation, and investment reviews.
• Oversee charitable fund administration, including governance, reporting, and disbursement activities.

• Requirements10+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing finances for family offices, private wealth structures, or multiple entities.
• Strong expertise in accounting, cash flow management, investments, and financial reporting.
• Master's degree; professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA preferred.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
