Location This role is based in Sanur, Bali, and is non-negotiable, as our bank and tax offices are located in Denpasar, they require periodic in-person visits. A hybrid setup (mix of remote and in-person work) is available after passing probation, but full WFO is required during probation for fully immersive training and adaptation. The Role As the new Finance Manager, your mission will be to help maintain the financial health of our organization by planning, executing, and supervising our financial operations. You are also expected to support Livit and its clients with expert knowledge in Indonesian finance and administration. Responsibilities: Co-handle and supervise general accounting and bookkeeping. Ensure internal compliance with all financial regulations and standards for business activities in Indonesia, as well as international tax regulations (for our expat team members and partner companies). Ensure internal and external financial reporting (e.g., tax reporting). Handle payroll data and release payroll-connected payments Together with the People Operations & Legal team, nurture working relationships with stakeholders such as relevant authorities, advisers, and tax consultants. Identify cost reduction opportunities and potential areas for improvement. Elaborate and supervise the implementation of internal financial policies and procedures for the company. Analyze Livit’s financial performance vs. key business metrics. Lead the preparation of the company's budgeting. Oversee operations of the finance department and help set goals and objectives. Review and monitor budgets. Hands-on work with our clients as part of our finance and administration support services. Communicate with our clients regarding financial matters and advise them on finance-related processes if needed. Assist the rest of the team (both local and expatriate) in understanding regulations and best practices. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Accounting. Minimum 10 years of experience in an FA role in a corporate environment/PMA. Having a Tax Brevet A and B certification is a plus Familiar with taxation, budgeting, and general reporting. Familiar with accounting software systems (e.g., Xero) and Excel. Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills. Proactive cooperation in the work environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Ideally coming from hospitality, startup/SME, services, or IT industry. You’re a great fit if you: You are a bright and adaptable person with an appetite for learning and problem-solving. Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will oversee general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international tax regulations. They will also lead budgeting processes, manage payroll, and provide financial advisory services to both the company and its clients.
