About Us LME Care Services is a registered NDIS provider specialising in Supported Independent Living (SIL). Based in Woolloongabba, we support participants across South East Queensland to live their best lives in the community. We're a growing, purpose-driven organisation and we're looking for a talented Finance Manager to grow with us. The Role This is a hands-on, strategic finance role reporting directly to the CEO and Director. You'll own the numbers — from Xero and payroll through to financial modelling and director-level reporting — while playing a genuine advisory role in the growth of the business. You'll also supervise an Accounts Payable Officer. What You'll Do Manage all financial accounting in Xero — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, BAS/GST, payroll (STP Phase 2) Produce monthly management reports and financial commentary for the CEO and Director Build and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and business growth models Monitor NDIS plan budgets and ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements (PAPL) Support NDIS registration audits and Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements Model staffing costs against SCHADS Award and NDIS price limits Supervise and develop the Accounts Payable Officer Drive the annual budgeting process and monthly budget vs actual analysis Identify cost savings and financial risks — and bring solutions, not just problems What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (CPA/CA preferred or in progress) 5+ years in a finance management or senior accounting role — ideally in NDIS, disability, aged care or NFP Strong Xero skills — you know it well and you make it work harder Proven financial modelling and analysis capability — not just reporting, but interpreting and advising Experience with SCHADS Award payroll is a big advantage A self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a busy SME environment Excellent communicator — you can explain financials to a non-finance CEO and Director clearly and confidently What We Offer Competitive salary $100,000 – $120,000 + super, negotiable based on experience Direct access to the CEO — your work has real impact from day one A genuine growth trajectory as the organisation scales Meaningful work in a sector that makes a real difference Woolloongabba location — excellent transport links, walkable from Gabba/Buranda How to Apply Apply via SEEK with your resume and a brief cover letter addressing why you're the right fit for LME Care.
