Description
We are looking for a talented Finance Manager (m/w/d) to join our team specializing in Finance for our CDD Finance Department in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany. The role is offered in a hybrid working model, with 60% of the time in the Gross-Gerau office and 40% working remotely. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Ensures consistent and compliant accounting practices by implementing corporate accounting policies and procedures. * Maintains accurate financial records by managing the general ledger and overseeing both corporate and statutory accounting activities. * Analyzes, reviews, and records complex financial data to support reliable financial reporting and sound business decisions. * Strengthens internal controls by identifying weaknesses, recommending improvements, and leading the implementation of corrective actions. * Serves as a key contact for complex accounting matters, supporting local teams and collaborating closely with other Finance functions. * Prepares and submits the monthly consolidated reporting package on time and in line with corporate requirements. * Acts as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete responses to all audit inquiries. * Coordinates and finalizes statutory financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.  Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
