Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to secure financing, specializing in subprime approvals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders
  • Sell back-end products (warranty, insurance, F&I packages)
  • Guide customers through financing terms, rates, and paperwork clearly and honestly
  • Collect required documents and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and trade-ins in accordance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new inventory arrivals, current promotions, and market trends.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for display or delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Participate in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities to generate leads.
  • Support the sales team by maximizing approvals and closing deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Ensure that showroom and lot clients have been attended to promptly
